Job summary

ACH, based in Bristol, is seeking a Support and Integration Officer to provide person-centred advice and practical help to refugees and migrants. You will manage a caseload, develop tailored support plans across housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration, and signpost to partner agencies.

You will help individuals build essential life skills, access services and progress toward independent living, with an enhanced DBS process and a closing date of 18 August 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience providing advice and guidance with culturally sensitive support.
• Experience working with people with complex/multiple support needs.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage a caseload.
• Understanding of safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-tenancy assessments for new referrals.
• Review and update person-centred support plans.
• Signpost tenants to external agencies and referral partners.
• Organise house meetings and community trips.
• Prepare move-on plans and support access to independent accommodation.
