Webrecruit is advertising a full-time, permanent position for a Support & Integration Officer in Coventry. You will provide person-centred guidance to refugees as they resettle and integrate into their communities.
You will manage a caseload, assess needs, and develop tailored support across housing, finances, education, employment, health and immigration, while building partnerships with external agencies.

Theyare now looking for a Support & Integration Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.

As a Support & Integration Officer, you will provide person‑centred support, advice and guidance to help refugees successfully resettle and integrate into their communities.
Managing a designated caseload, you will assess individual needs and risks, develop tailored support plans and provide culturally sensitive guidance across areas including housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration.
You will also support residents to build independence, access relevant services and opportunities, and prepare to move into independent accommodation.
