ACH is a social enterprise in the UK that supports refugees and migrants. We are seeking a Support & Integration Team Leader to guide a team of frontline practitioners, delivering high-quality resettlement services and safeguarding with strong staff development.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary (£35,295), 25 days of annual leave plus holidays, and a focus on wellbeing, training, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline support in an advice or guidance role.
• Experience working with refugees and migrants.
• Knowledge of UK institutions and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support practitioners in delivering high-quality resettlement services.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and case management.
• Develop and monitor referral pathways and service quality.
• Recruitment and performance management for the team.
• Maintain your own caseload and collaborate with partners.
