Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience while reflecting the Clubs standards of professionalism, discretion and excellence.

Your main responsibility is to ensure members have an enjoyable experience by greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Must be hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; able to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and accommodate allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct orders.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations including pairings.
• Maintain pristine service by topping up water, wine, and beverages.
• Keep tables clean and reset them for the next guest.
• Handle member requests and special accommodations with discretion.
• Assist with payments through card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with VIPs and guests.
• Contribute to team success by attending briefings and tastings.
