Job summary

Soho House is seeking a waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience reflecting the club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and paying the bill while maintaining exemplary service and knowledge of menus and pairings. A fast-paced environment with VIPs requires calm, proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stays calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and introduce menus.
• Take accurate orders and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide menu knowledge and wine/food pairings recommendations.
• Maintain pristine table settings and upkeep of dining area.
• Assist with payments via card, app, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with VIPs and PWKs.
• Support team through briefings, tastings, and collaborations.
