Soho House in Central London is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience while upholding the Club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings and handles pressure gracefully.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, present menus and engage promptly upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Provide menu recommendations and pairings; maintain exceptional table service throughout the visit.
• Ensure a clean, well-set table and comfortable guest experience; assist with payment via card or app.
