Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to uphold the Club’s standards of professionalism and excellence.

Your main responsibility is to ensure members have an enjoyable experience, greeting guests, taking orders, recommending dishes, and ensuring smooth bill payments. The role requires hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Capable of fast-paced service under pressure.
• Hospitable and professional with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, introduce menus and engage from seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodate allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and pairings.
• Maintain impeccable table service and ongoing refreshment of beverages.
• Keep the dining area clean and well-presented at all times.
• Handle member requests with discretion to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
