Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract through December 2028, working across custody and community settings from Bournemouth. You will assess participants, deliver tailored interventions, and build relationships with probation services to support reintegration and reduce reoffending.

The role requires regular travel, caseload management, safeguarding of adults and children, and collaboration with peer mentors.

Formación

• Experience in caseload management and working across custody and community settings.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge for adults and children.
• Ability to report changes in risk to Probation Service and follow policy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of participants across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work and create tailored action plans; deliver one-to-one and group interventions.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and maintain risk coordination with safeguarding focus.
• Support participants with housing, health services and other reintegration needs; liaise with peer mentors.
