We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Role Description:

  • This is a part-time remote role for Recruiting Specialist.
  • The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment, including hiring, interviewing, communication, training, and recruiting.
  • The role involves working remotely and providing support to the team in finding and onboarding candidates.
  • Specific experience working in Republic of Ireland is essential criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Hiring and recruiting skills and advising with specific knowledge of ROI recruitment.
  • Interviewing and communication skills.
  • Training and onboarding experience.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry in ROI and NI - specifically recruiting overseas candidates.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
