Job summary

IMC Trading is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and improving processes. You will manage end-to-end logistics, maintain candidate records, and help deliver a superior candidate experience across a fast-paced hiring lifecycle.

You will support interview coordination, offer generation, and reporting while upholding compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and end-to-end logistics across stakeholders and time zones.
• Facilitate smooth interviews virtually and in person at all stages.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication and support.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment portals with accurate candidate records.
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback for calibration and hiring discussions.
• Oversee offer generation, approvals, and contract administration with recruiters and HR.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and support process improvements.
• Contribute to projects focused on operational excellence, automation, and optimization.
• Provide operational support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure processes are compliant and well-documented against internal standards.
