• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment coordination and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and end-to-end logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Facilitate interviews virtually and in person at all stages of the process.
• Maintain ATS and candidate records with accuracy.
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback for calibration and hiring discussions.
• Oversee offer generation, approvals, and contract administration with recruiters and HR.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment projects focused on process optimisation and automation.
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure processes are compliant and well-documented.
