Job summary

Lonza in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Operations Professional on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration 2 days a week with remote work to support global recruitment partnerships.

You will provide administrative support to strategic projects, review TA documentation, analyze data for trends, and help optimize recruitment processes and tools while partnering with Treasury and other GBSO teams.

Qualifications

• Studies in or around Business Administration or Human Resources
• Analytical skills demonstrated in data or process work
• Independent working attitude with proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to key strategic projects
• Review, revise and maintain a suite of TA-related documentation
• Analyze data to identify trends and issues
• Review processes and tools that support recruitment activity
• Proactively elevate risks, control gaps and critical issues
• Cross-functionally partner with stakeholders such as Treasury and other GBSO teams
