What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client pipelines
• Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy
