The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in the Industrial Division, you'll be responsible for building and managing your own client and candidate base (there's already lots in place!). You'll develop new business opportunities, deliver excellent service, and help keep workplaces across the region fully staffed and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs.
  • Source, interview, and match candidates for industrial roles including warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, and production staff.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to placement.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and reporting systems.
About You
  • Proven experience in recruitment (industrial, logistics, or similar sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in both business development and candidate management.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on role).
