The Best Connection in Watford is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment process, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and drive successful placements.

Training is provided with ongoing coaching and industry qualifications to enable a thriving career in recruitment, supported by an employee-owned culture and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business through telephone sales and client visits.
• Advertise vacancies and attract candidates.
• Interview, screen and assess applicants.
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Manage client accounts and provide recruitment solutions.

Location: Watford Salary: £27,000 basic salary, rising to £28,000 after 12 months OTE: £29,000 - £30,000 in your first year Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What You'll Earn

• £27,000 basic salary
• Rising to £28,000 after 12 months
• First year earnings of £29,000 - £30,000 including commission

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Duties include:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
