Salary & Package: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed) Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission Recruitment Consultant - 12 months experience: £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience OTE: £31,000 - £34,000 including commission About the Role:

• Working on a busy well established Care desk you will m anage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training What’s on Offer: - 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year
