Job summary

The Best Connection in Dudley is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates and source, interview and match suitable recruits.

No prior recruitment experience is required as full training, guidance and ongoing support are provided. This office-based role includes a driving licence may be needed for client visits and a clear path for progression.

Salary & Package

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
