The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant in the UK. This office-based role offers full training and a clear path to develop your recruitment career, whether you are new to the field or building on some experience.

You will join a supportive, fast-paced team with structured guidance and career progression opportunities. The position includes a base salary of £27,000 rising to £28,000 after 12 months, plus the potential for performance bonuses and benefits.

• Full training and ongoing support provided.
• Driving licence may be required for client visits.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits.
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training.

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

Recruitment Consultant - 12 months + experience: salary dependent on experience

OTE:

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Hours of Work:
