The Best Connection Group Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our office-based team, working across the full 360 recruitment cycle. No experience is required for an entry level role, as we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

Recruitment Consultant - 12 months + experience:

salary dependent on experience

OTE:

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
