Job summary

The Best Connection in Northampton is looking for an entry level Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office. No experience is required as we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and work towards achievable sales targets with competitive uncapped commission and a supportive,

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission

Recruitment Consultant - 12 months + experience:

• £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

• OTE: £31,000 - £34,000 including commission

About the Role:
