The Best Connection is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Consultant in Crawley with no prior recruitment experience required. You will receive full training and ongoing support to build your sales and candidate-placement skills while developing relationships with clients and candidates.

The role offers structured progression, uncapped commission potential, and training to achieve a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification.

This role will play a key part in the development of our Croydon branch but will be initially based in Crawley to ensure the very best training and support is given.

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

Recruitment Consultant - 12 months + experience:

• £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

• OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 including commission

About the Role:

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office based role.

A full current driving licence is preferred but not essential.
