The Best Connection is recruiting in Stockport for a driven individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant. This role focuses on managing the full 360 recruitment cycle—from business development to candidate placement—and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

No recruitment experience is required as full training, guidance and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
