The Best Connection Group Ltd is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Watford. The role offers a starting basic salary of £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 12 months, with OTE £29,000–£30,000 in the first year.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment process while building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Duties include

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Generating new business through telephone sales and client visits
• Advertising vacancies and attracting candidates
• Interviewing, screening and assessing applicants
• Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Managing client accounts and providing recruitment solutions
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
• Negotiating placements and managing offers
• Working towards realistic sales and performance targets with full support

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, business development, retail, hospitality or administration would be advantageous but is not essential.

A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essentail for client visits.
