Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for the Construction Division in Nottingham. You will manage a warm desk, build strong client relationships, and guide candidates through the full 360 recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

The role is suited to someone with around 1–2 years’ full 360 recruitment experience, confident communication skills, and a drive to progress and earn. An uncapped commission scheme is on offer, with many opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Around 1–2 years’ experience within a full 360 recruitment role.
• Recruitment experience from any sector considered.
• Construction or industrial recruitment backgrounds highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Driven, ambitious and commercially minded personality.
• Comfortable with business development and client-facing activity.
• Someone motivated by progression and strong earning potential.

Up to £36,000 basic - plus commission scheme paying up to 50%

An exciting opportunity to join a highly established and growing recruitment business within their successful construction division.

This opportunity would suit someone with around 1–2 years’ experience working in a full 360 recruitment role who is looking for the chance to take ownership of a warm desk, build relationships, and significantly increase their earnings within a supportive but ambitious environment.

Whilst recruiters from all sectors will be considered, those from construction or industrial recruitment backgrounds will be especially well suited due to the similarity of roles and pace of the market.
