Trades Hire UK Ltd is seeking a proven Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will develop relationships with construction clients and candidates, win new business and manage the full recruitment process from contact to placement.

You should have proven experience in construction recruitment, an established network, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a driven, commercial mindset.

We are looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant with experience within the construction ( Fit Out / M&E / Civils ) industry to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded recruiter who already understands the construction market, has an established network, and knows how to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

The Role

• Developing and managing strong relationships with construction clients and candidates.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Sourcing, interviewing and successfully placing high-quality candidates.
