Job summary

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in King's Lynn. The role involves generating new business, attracting candidates, interviewing and matching candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process.

You will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch, with salary dependent on experience. Applicants with recruitment or sales experience are welcome, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in King's Lynn.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:

• Generate new business by completing business development activities such as sales calls, sales meetings and drops
• Attract candidates by advertising, CV searching and using social media
• Interview and match candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have the ability to work towards targets/KPI's
• Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be self-motivated, driven and resilient
• Possess strong rapport building skills
• Be able to work in a pressured environment
• Hold a FULL UK Driving Licence

You would ideally have previous Recruitment experience or have experience within working in a Sales environment.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Salary depending on experience
