Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Gosport. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, source and interview top candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to help the branch meet targets.

With uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses, you will contribute to a growing, people-focused team and receive industry-leading training and support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Strong prospecting and opportunity development skills.
• Experience delivering recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
