The Best Connection is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle in Plymouth. You will develop new business, place candidates, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Training and progression are provided.

In this office-based role, you will be part of a leading employee-owned recruitment business, with structured development and potential bonuses beyond base salary.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
