Job summary

New Recruits is a dynamic recruitment agency in the UK, expanding its team with a Recruitment Consultant. You will handle a full 360 role across temporary and permanent placements, combining business development with candidate engagement to drive success.

This is a Monday to Friday position, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with an on-call phone shared by the office. A full UK driving licence is required, and prior sales or contact centre experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to generate new business.
• Develop new client relationships and opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings and present proposals to clients.
• Attract and engage candidates, manage registrations.
• Handle candidate attraction and onboarding activities.
• Conduct onsite check-ins with clients and candidates.

New Recruits are an independently owned recruitment agency who have been providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients for over 20 years.

We are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to assist with this expansion.

The business is a mix of temporary and permanent placements, and we expect our recruiters to complete a full 360 role.

Daily Tasks:-

• Sales Calls
• Generating New Business
• Attending Sales Meetings
• Candidate Attraction
• Candidate Registrations
• Onsite check-ins

This is a wide and varied role and requires an individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, operating on multiple tasks at one time..

This is a Monday - Friday role, with our standard hours being 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an on call phone which is shared between the office.

We would also consider people with a sales or call centre background with a willingness to train and develop within the business, however, a full UK driving license is required.
