Due to expansion, we aim to welcome an experienced recruiter to join us as Recruitment Consultant. Due to vollume of current business, we are hiring additional consultants in the following locations: Bath, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Coventry, Oxford, Reading, Southampton and Swindon.

Recruitment Consultant requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant dealing with temporary and permanent staff.
• Sound knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Recruitment Consultants generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Recruiters manage current relationships within the business in additiona to growing existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities.
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients’ needs
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market
