What They’re Looking For:

• 12+ months in agency recruitment (contract or perm – tech essential)
• Confidence managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll be growing a desk with strong backing
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
