Position Details
  • Title: Recruitment Consultant
  • Contract: 6-12 months initially
  • Location: Home-based, near Wirral
  • Salary: Up to £30k basic + excellent bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings; part-time options available

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, providing a top-quality experience for clients and candidates
  • Develop new business through networking, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
  • Work across various roles and sectors including HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present top talent
  • Maintain CRM records securely and accurately
  • Support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to process improvements and team culture
