What You’ll Do:

  1. Active business development: bringing in new clients via networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and expanding current accounts.
  2. Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  3. Drive innovation: exploring new and better recruitment methods, managing accounts with strategic thinking and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 36 months of technology recruitment experience
  • A proven 360 billings profile—Principal Consultants should bill £250k+ (new business)
  • Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
  • A desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
