We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering excellence in recruitment. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualifications (A Level or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • At least 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry.
  • At least 5 years’ B2B experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in planning, organising, and scheduling tasks to meet tight or conflicting deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • An analytical mindset combined with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience of working remotely, with the discipline to manage your own workload.
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset, keen to develop skills and learn continuously.
  • A genuine passion for delivering value to both clients and candidates.

Method Of Working

This is a fully remote role. You are expected to be present at your workstation during your agreed working hours and remain accessible for communication throughout the day.

To perform effectively, you must have a dedicated and professional workspace with a suitable desk and the ability to conduct Teams and Zoom meetings without interruption or background noise.

Flexibility is essential in this role. You will occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to accommodate the needs of existing candidates and to proactively engage with new candidates, particularly those who are only contactable during evenings or early mornings.
