Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant.

No experience is needed as we provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, identify and win new business, source and place candidates, and work towards achievable sales targets with a supportive team.

• No previous recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people will fit well.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
