Job summary

TalentVolt | Executive Search Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Manchester office. The role focuses on technology and engineering recruitment, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis on building client partnerships.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, shape candidate pipelines, and mentor junior teammates while driving growth for the business in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior recruitment consultant in technology/engineering sectors.
• Proven track record in permanent or contract recruitment.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients in Manchester.
• Source and interview top technology/engineering talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior roles.
• Mentor and support junior consultants to drive team performance.
