TalentVolt | Executive Search Group is recruiting a Recruitment Divisional Manager - Healthcare in Manchester Central. We seek experienced senior lead recruitment consultants or managing consultants ready to build a new healthcare division within an established, people-driven agency.

This is a key growth role with base pay 40-50K, strong commission, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive, inclusive culture. You will work with inspirational directors to develop the division and drive growth.

We are on the hunt for experienced senior lead recruitment consultants / managing consultants coming with a background of responsibility and success within the sector you specialise within. That could be contract or permanent as the role can set up for both here.

If you have solid career experience and success in 360 agency role, a good network and would back yourself stepping up into building something really - Please read on!

It is important to highlight that this would be a key player role to set up a division within the operation of a very established service and people driven recruitment business. One with a very stable senior team, solid foundations and an enviable reputation. There are successful agency with a non-corporate feel and all of the professionalism and collaboration you would hope to find.

Here you will have all of the tools and tech that you need to succeed, plus a successful in-house marketing team which will work with you to really build out your division and shape some effective brand and sector material to really boost growth alongside your expertise and drive.
