Overview:

Recruitment Team Leader - Manchester

A growing, specialist recruitment business in the food & drink manufacturing (FMCG) space is looking for a hands-on Team Leader / Manager to take ownership of an established team in central Manchester.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to step into a business that’s still in its early growth phase (approaching year three), but backed by highly experienced, billing directors who know the market inside out.

You’ll be stepping into a pivotal "number two" role - managing and developing the team day-to-day, while the directors focus on strategic growth and client relationships.

The environment is collaborative, relationship-led, and quality-driven - this is not a transactional, KPI-heavy culture. In fact, they’ve been known to turn away business that doesn’t align with their values.

There is the option to remain hands-on with billing if you enjoy it, but it’s not essential. The priority is taking the day-to-day management responsibility off the directors and leading the team effectively.
