Job summary

Lovable is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to cover parental leave, owning day-to-day interview operations, keeping Ashby accurate and reliable, and improving processes that help us hire exceptional people. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and EAs to make every step clear for candidates and interviewers.

You’ll bring 2+ years in recruiting operations, hands-on Ashby experience, strong prioritization, clear writing, and an AI-native mindset to build scalable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Strong organizational judgment and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• AI-native mindset to build scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics across time zones.
• Keep Ashby data accurate through audits and configuration support.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Build scalable processes that integrate AI and agents into recruiting operations.
• Champion a clear, timely candidate experience with updates for stakeholders.
