Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to oversee systems, data, and processes that support hiring 100+ people per month. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance and other departments to streamline recruiting with scalable, high-quality outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of process, technology and people—driving continuous improvement, automation, and practical enablement for recruiters and hiring managers across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting or HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking with attention to detail and process integrity.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Curious and hands-on with appetite to automate and experiment with AI tools.
• High-agency mindset and constructive, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting infrastructure and operating model: optimize ATS and workflows end-to-end.
• Develop metrics and reporting to enable leadership decisions and speed/quality improvements.
• Plan headcount with Finance to align workforce with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters and hiring managers with practical tools and processes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and standardized recruiting practices.
• Leverage AI and talent data to create new sourcing and assessment leverage as we scale.
