Job summary

Lovable is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to cover 12 months parental leave, with a view to extension. You will own day-to-day interview operations, keep Ashby accurate and reliable, and drive improvements to hiring workflows.

This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting operations/coordination, hands-on Ashby experience, and a collaborative, AI-minded approach

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting operations or coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Strong organizational judgment and prioritization ability.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and writing with senior stakeholders.
• AI-native mindset to build scalable workflows with AI and agents.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share learnings.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics across time zones with EAs.
• Keep Ashby accurate through pipeline audits and data checks.
• Identify bottlenecks using data and feedback; implement improvements.
• Build scalable processes and integrate AI/agents to automate tasks.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely updates.
