Job summary

Lovable in London is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own day-to-day interview operations during a 12-month parental leave cover. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and EAs to keep scheduling and processes clear for candidates and interviewers.

You will audit Ashby data, improve workflows, and build scalable, AI-enabled recruiting processes that reduce manual handoffs while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Strong ability to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and follow through independently.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and excellent writing skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• An AI-native mindset to build scalable workflows that integrate AI and agents into recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics, including complex panel interviews and time-zone coordination with EAs.
• Keep Ashby accurate through regular pipeline audits and data checks.
• Use recruiting data and feedback to identify bottlenecks and measure impact of improvements.

You'll own day-to-day interview operations, keep Ashby accurate and reliable, and improve the processes that help us hire exceptional people. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and EAs, you'll make every step clear and well-coordinated for candidates and interviewers.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.

• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS, and an understanding of how data quality and system configuration affect recruiting.

• Strong organizational judgment: you know how to prioritize competing requests, navigate ambiguity, and follow through independently.

• Clear, thoughtful communication and excellent writing skills. You're comfortable working with senior stakeholders and speaking up when something needs to change.

• An AI-native mindset: you understand how processes work, spot opportunities to improve them, and can build scalable workflows that integrate AI and agents into everyday recruiting operations.

• A collaborative approach: you welcome feedback, share what you learn, and care deeply about the people behind the process.

Nice to have: experience in project or program management.
