Mistral AI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to scale our EMEA hiring for Corporate and GTM roles. You will collaborate with CRO, Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Sales leaders to craft role specs, build robust pipelines, and deliver a superior candidate experience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure.
• Experience hiring across Corporate and GTM functions.
• Deep network in EMEA markets (AI/ML, open-source, enterprise software).
• Comfort with cross-border, multi-language hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and GTM leaders to define role specs and identify talent across EMEA.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Finance, Legal, People/HR, Marketing, and Communications.
• Advise on market mapping, comp positioning, and local nuances for EMEA roles.
• Translate role nuances into compelling candidate outreach.
• Source candidates across EMEA in AI/ML and enterprise software.
• Drive efficient pipelines and close senior talent across geographies and languages.
• Navigate relocation and country-specific employment frameworks.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes; use data to diagnose pipeline issues.
