Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead on the People team to define and execute hiring strategy while building a high-performing recruiting function in a fast-paced, global company. You’ll partner with tech and business leaders to fill critical roles, elevate candidate experience, mentor recruiters, and continuously improve processes to scale across regions.

You’ll drive diversity, employer branding, and efficiency, shaping Mistral’s growth while collaborating with cross-functional leaders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire recruiting teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing projects and people with discipline and outcomes.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Skilled at driving alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English with experience in international recruiting.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Ashby, Modernloop, LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent for key roles.
• Elevate the candidate experience to reflect Mistral’s culture.
• Guide candidates through recruitment journey and communicate company values.
• Develop and share recruiting best practices for consistency and scale.
• Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and coach recruiters to grow in their roles.
• Recommend and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and strategies.
• Champion Mistral’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
