Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across Enterprise GTM, Corporate, Product, Engineering or Science.
• Fluent English and able to work across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and optimize interview processes.
• Leverage data to identify trends and improve recruitment workflows.
