Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Solution Operations specialist to act as a strategic partner for the Solutions team, overseeing end-to-end staffing and capacity planning across geographies. You will design data-driven staffing plans, align capacity with demand, and implement frameworks that map skills to customer needs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR, driving efficiency and high-impact engagements while refining operating models and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic operations, staffing, chief of staff or resource management within tech environments.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and align resources with priorities.
• Experience in staffing/resource management is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop forward-looking staffing strategy aligned with forecasts and needs.
• Create prioritization framework for recruitment by role and geography.
• Minimize time-to-staff with efficient skill-to-customer matching.
• Partner with leadership to design organization, role evolution, and scaling plans.
