What you’ll do:

• Source candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, channels, your own base)
• Conduct pre‑screen calls, assess both soft & hard skills
• Present only the strongest candidates to clients
• Guide candidates through the process up to the offer stage (so everyone says “wow”)
