Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates using CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
  • Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.
  • Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring timely, efficient recruitment processes.

The Role

This exciting full-time, hybrid position allows you the flexibility of working mostly from home while still connecting with our incredible teams at various locations. You’ll attend quarterly in-person meetings at our Lichfield hub, making a driving licence and access to a car essential.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented professionals to join our team of support workers, managers, and nurses who provide essential care to adults with learning disabilities. Your expertise will fuel the workforce of Voyage Care - making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities
