WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker to join the Criminal Justice team, based mainly in Shrewsbury, with responsibilities across central and north areas. The role involves supporting clients with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, developing care plans, and coordinating care to promote recovery.

This frontline position requires a compassionate, organised professional who can manage referrals, assessments and a caseload while maintaining strong collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify client goals and co-create treatment plans.
• Be the first point of contact for the service, including taking referrals and doing assessments.
• Cover staff absence and manage an active caseload with outreach as required in central/north areas.
