Job summary

WithYou is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker in Shrewsbury to join a permanent team. You will support clients to identify goals and create tailored recovery plans, acting as the first point of contact and managing referrals and assessments.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekend work and a strong emphasis on dignity and respectful client relationships. You will work in partnership with colleagues to maintain high-quality care, manage caseloads, and respond to queries while

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in health or social care or related field.
• Highly organised with strong time-management and communication skills.
• Must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take referrals, conduct assessments and answer telephone queries.
• Cover staff absence and manage an active caseload.
• Provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination and intervention delivery.
